After thinking this already a while, I decided to move this blog to tumblr.  I considered all the positive things and everything about it carefully, because I really don't like moving and confuse people. I consider tumblr being a better place for an art blog now and in the future. Not just I like how it looks and how you can custom your page, the biggest reason for me is being so connected with people, and new people are able to find you more easily every day. And as I was thinking from the first day I started this blog, "pictures are the main thing in this blog" which means this isn't supposed to be some kind of personal blog where I write about my life. This blog is for my art, and I want to share it with people. In comparison to tumblr, Blogger feels like a closed little place. It's a good place for writing your personal blog for instance.

So for now on I'll be updating my things as usual to tumblr ! I'm trying to learn about it little by little more. As I can't just move every content from here to tumblr, I will leave this blog as it is for now. :)

Improvement

I'm going to post this same thing from my Deviantart, so this is actually redrawn from my very old drawing when I actually started to draw humans .. A few days ago I found myself looking at my own veery old works. Even though it's stupid, I can't help myself getting so embarrased of my own old drawings. : D And then, with a slice of anguish I came across my old drawing 'A girl with purple eyes' .. and compared to my other old works, it had so so many views and Downloads..! Seems like I accidently had put it to be able to download. It had like 150 downloads and over 1000 watches. I was confused, why was that? Was it just because it was able to be downloaded? :D Okay but I was embarrased again. And then I got this idea, to try to redrawn that old piece which I used to like back in the days. I still haven't drawn humans much, but I guess there still is improvement! This was a nice practise, and I had so much fun drawing something personal after 'a long time', I've been so busy with school and works~ I hope you like it !

Painting - for me!

I got it ready! I needed a painting for my home decoration - so I made the painting!
I've been decorating with black & white & little bit of yellow. Also, I really like detailed lineart works of flowers etc, so I wanted to try add that style in it.
I'll show you this later again with frames and on my wall!

I might still change and fix something, since I might get critical before putting it on my wall. :P It's not easy to do a painting for your own wall for decoration, it can be the hardest thing to do. But I had a ready idea in my mind so it helped a lot.

 I'm back in action, and my trip was Great! Still having some vacation time before my last year on school and other things.

1000 watchers on DeviantArt

Yesterday I hit 1000 watchers on DeviantArt so I draw this :) It's my own character called Lin, and also like me in animal form. You can read more about it on Deviantart link below if you are interested.

Old and new

As I've been drawing my childhood monsters again, now here is one of my I could say first full character from my childhood 2005, redrawn! I created him for a role playing game forum which yess was one of my hobbies back in the days, I was 12 year old. :D (In case you don't know what forum based role playing means, it's simply where you write stories about your own character with other people and everyone continues the story with their own characters point of view.) During that time I started to draw A Lot on computer also.

I think it's fun to put your not just old drawing next to a new one, now there is my child's mind creation also, and how 'it would look now'.

And also, I got a commission to draw these two well known characters together - for a tattoo! This commissioner was my relative, and he wanted to have these characters in a friendly hug. So here is the picture of it

This is how I feel about...

I get easily head ache from smokers smoke. And sometimes there is situations when you just can't get away from it. I really think if some people wants to poison themselves, they should do it alone then. Some of us likes to breath fresh air.

Okayyyyy I did it ! Twitter didn't feel like a my thing at least yet, so - now I have my own Facebook like/following page dedicated to only my drawing stuff. My year 2013

First time I did this!
And I even had hard time with choosing the pictures, because especially in end of the year there was so many. And some other months too. I remember when a few years ago I was thinking like "How can people draw so much that they have a picture for Every month!"   I'm glad that I've reached this point when it's only natural

And about this year, I think this year has been the best for me. I have learned so much, tried different things, got published my works, and I really went off from the so called "safety zone" many times. Looking forward for next year!

Pitkästä aikaa ! Tein aikoinaan paaaljon tilaustöitä, mutta siitä onkin nyt jo aikaa kun viimeksi tein saati mainostin niitä aktiivisesti. Nyt kun koulu alkaa hiljentyä joulua kohti, uskallan laittaa tämän esille. :) Otan nyt aluksi yhden tilaustyön työn alle näin aluksi, että saan kevyen aloituksen~

Huom, etenkin nyt kun otan vain yhden tilauksen, mietithän ensin mitä haluat ennen yhteydenottoa, ettet varaa ainoaa paikkaa kun vasta pohdit mitä haluaisit. Kysymyksiä saa toki aina lähettää!

Finally I was able to make this for me! I did a loooot of commissions back in the days, but now it has been a long time! School and works has been keeping me busy, but now, I think I can start to do these again because I really want to and I have time for it now.

I hope I remembered all the important things, if I didn't, you can ask anything.

To give myself an easy start, I will only take one slot for now. Later on more, if people are interested.
Oh, and one thing if I can ask, please think first what you would like to order and then send me a message, so you are not holding the only slot while thinking.

Joulukuu on lähtenyt käyntiin ja on joulukorttien aika! Sain täksi jouluksi tällaisen pienen kokoelman aikaiseksi. Kyllästyttääkö jo ainaiset joulupukki kortit? Itseäni ainakin kyllästyttää markettien iankaikkisen samanlainen joulukorttivalikoima vuodesta toiseen. Teinpä siis kortteja millaisia itse haluaisin näkevän kauppojen hyllyillä. Ilahduta lähimmäistäsi (tai itseäsi) uniikilla eläinaiheisella joulukortilla!
Tilaathan viimeistään ensi viikon aikana eli viimeistään 8.12. ! Kerron alla ohjeet kuinka tilaaminen tapahtuu.

Laitanpa tämän tännekin .. olen saanut melko paljon kyselyjä välillä, että onko minulla alter egoa / fursonaa millä sitä ikinä haluaa kutsua. Kyllä oli, vuoosia sitten, mutta jäi hieman kuopatuksi tiettyjen sivustojen mukana. Nyt kun yritän olla aktiivinen mm. Deviantartissa (ja täällä), niin ajattelin että on hyvä sauma luoda uusi minä !
